Applications for the DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholarship 2025 in Germany are now open. This is a fully funded master’s degree scholarship sponsored by the German Federal Foreign Office to help young leaders in developing and emerging countries obtain a master’s degree in fields relevant to the growth of their societies.
The scholarship, offered by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), will give qualified bachelor’s degree graduates the opportunity to be educated in the domain of Political Science, Law, Economics, and Administration in order to prepare them for future administrative positions in their home countries. The DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholarship 2025 in Germany also known as Public Policy and Good Governance supports future leaders from developing and emerging nations who have the zeal to foster democracy and social justice in their country of origin. A total of about 7 Universities are participating in this scholarship program.

Eligibility Criteria
- All bachelor’s degree holders from developing and emerging nations are encouraged to apply for the DAAD Helmut Schmidt Scholarship 2025 in Germany. Check the link of Eligible Countries.
- Applicants must have completed a 16-year bachelor’s degree program from a university
- You are eligible to apply for up to two master’s degree programs
- Applicants must apply for an eligible master’s degree program
- You must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalence
- All applications must be submitted in English or German
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Social and Political Science, Law, Economics, Public Policy and Administration or any other relevant field
- Applicants must meet the language requirements depending on the course of study
